what is your current turnaround time?
My standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks.
The Happy Hangout is a made-to-order shop, which means I do not keep inventory on hand. Once your order is placed, I order the materials needed to create it. Much of that timeline depends on shipping carriers and supplier delivery schedules. As soon as those supplies arrive, I’ll get to work creating your order.
Please note that turnaround times may be longer during holidays, major releases, back-to-school season, or other high-volume periods.
can i rush my order?
If you need an item by a specific date, please email me before placing your order. While I can’t guarantee rush orders, I’m always happy to check my schedule and let you know what’s possible.
how will i know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Please double-check your email address at checkout and keep an eye on your spam/promotions folders just in case.

As a business account, social media messages are sometimes filtered, hidden, or never delivered—especially if we don’t follow one another. For questions about orders, custom requests, or anything time-sensitive, please send an email.
do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of my shop, I generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If there is an issue with your order because of an error on my end, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll do my best to make it right.
can i change my order after it’s placed?
Because materials are ordered specifically for each customer, changes may not be possible once supplies have been ordered. If you need to make a change, email me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.
what if i entered the wrong pickup option, shipping address, size, or color?
Please review your order carefully before submitting.
If you notice an error, contact me immediately. Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply.
are colors exactly as shown online?
I do my best to accurately represent colors in product photos, but screen settings vary from device to device. Slight color variations between what you see online and the finished product are normal.
do you offer custom orders?
Sometimes! If you have an idea, send me an email and I’ll let you know if it’s something I can accommodate based on my current workload and schedule.
