Shipping policy

All orders ship or ready for pick-up within 5-7 days of purchase, as each shirt is made to order.  

If you selected pick-up as your shipping method, you will receive notification on that once your order is ready.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping companies. If you choose to remove ROUTE from your order, you are doing so at your own risk. ROUTE protects you in the case a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. You MUST process a claim with ROUTE within 15 days of an order being "delivered" according to the tracking information.
